NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Ginny’s “Take A Break” Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on August 5, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on October 30, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: Visit sweeps.ginnys.com and completely fill out the information required on the Entry Form and answer the survey question. You may also submit your entry by mail: Print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, and answer to the survey question, day and evening telephone numbers, email address (optional), on a 3”x5” paper, place in a stamped envelope and mail to: “Take A Break” Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 8994, Madison, WI 53794-8888

Limit: one entry per person regardless of method of entry. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on 10/30/09. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/30/09 and received by 11/06/09.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. & D.C. (except Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands) who are 18 years of age or older, at time of entry. Void in PR, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes is subject to applicable U.S. law. Employees of Ginny’s (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries or parent companies, advertising/sales promotion agencies, judging organization and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner.

PRIZE/DRAWING DETAILS:
• One (1) Grand Prize Package consisting of: A gift certificate for a year's supply of biweekly Merry Maids® Cleaning Service-Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $2600; A $250 Spa Finder Gift Certificate; A $250
Ginny’s Gift Certificate. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $3,100.

Merry Maids® Service Gift Certificate has a maximum retail value of $2,600 and a maximum term of one year. Maid service will terminate upon the earlier of reaching $2,600 in services or one year from the date of the selected winner’s first services. Approximate retail value of the prize is $2,600 and depends on the size of the selected winner’s home and the geographic area in which he/she resides. Any difference between actual value and stated value herein will not be awarded. All other expenses not stated herein as part of the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winner is responsible for paying any taxes, gratuities and all charges for services that exceed the prize value specified above based on the applicable charges at the time such charges are incurred. Any charges incurred by the winner in excess of the Grand Prize amount shall be the winner’s sole responsibility. The Prize shall not be shared or transferred. Maid services will be provided to winner by Merry Maids®, and will be paid by the Sponsor on the selected winner’s behalf in the form of a Merry Maids Gift Certificate. Terms and conditions of gift certificate will apply. Prize is limited to house cleaning services offered by Merry Maids. The prize may not be exchanged in whole or in part for cash or other substitutes, is non-transferable and non-refundable. If the Grand Prize winner does not live in an area serviced by Merry Maids, he/she will receive a cash substitution in the amount of $2,600. If the Grand Prize winner does not live in an area that has a local salon in the Spa Finder network, he/she will receive a cash substitution in the amount of $250.

• Five (5) First Prizes: A $100 Ginny’s gift certificate
• Fifteen (15) Second Prizes: A $50 Ginny’s gift certificate
• Twenty-Five (25) Third Prizes: A $25 Ginny’s gift certificate

Total ARV of all prizes is: $4,975.00. Terms and conditions of gift certificates will apply. Limit one prize per person/household.

A random drawing will be held on or about 11/12/09 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winners will be notified by phone and/or mail within seven (7) days of the drawing. Failure to return any documents as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Entrants consent to the use of their name/likeness and identification of the city and state or residence for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning any prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prizes are awarded “as is”.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules, including all eligibility requirements. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Entrants hereby release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns (collectively “Releasees”), from any claims, losses, actions, or damages, whether actual, incidental or consequential arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, use or misuse of any prize. Releasees and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage due mail, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human, printing or other errors, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or any other technical or other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received for the applicable drawing prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

PRIVACY POLICY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any entry information collected from the promotion shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry, with these Official Rules, and with Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://ginny.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/ginny.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=137. Sponsor has contracted an independent third party sweepstakes administrator for the sole purpose of the selection and notification of the prize winners.
